Our customer care team handles cancelled orders on a case-by-case basis, factoring in when the order was place and confirmed, the stated reason for cancelation, and the customer’s order history.

All requests for refunds must be made via the Contact Us page or by calling BimEats support. If you no longer wish for a restaurant order, a refund will be only be issued if the restaurant has not begun preparation of the item. If the refund request is based on the standard of food, we require immediate contact within 15 minutes of receiving the item from the driver. With respect to produce and other goods, once the refund request has been placed within an hour of receiving the items and the items are unused and in the condition received, a complaint will be leveraged with the necessary entity in order to process your refund and to have the goods returned to the respective entity.
